Scholarships
Figuring out how to pay for college can be challenging. Tuition, room and board, books, and other fees can add up quickly. However, with some planning and effort, you can get help paying for college.
Many students depend on a variety of sources to help pay for school, including their own money, family contributions, scholarships, and federal and state financial aid. Depending on family income level, federal and state governments provide significant amounts of aid. As you start researching colleges, you'll find that the majority of students at most schools receive some kind of financial aid.
The University of California system has a great video on its website about financial aid.
